Namibia

Namibia is a Southern African state which is a perfect destination if you are looking for an African adventure. Namibia is a truly unique destination, influenced by various cultures during colonization and now reborn from the shadows of Apartheid in 1990. Etosha National park can offer the ultimate safari adventure. With huge herds of Springbok, Gemsbok, Zebra, and Blue Wildebeest, as well as smaller numbers of Bruchell's Zebra, Lion, Cheetah and the elusive Leopard gather at waterholes. The Namibian desert is one of few destinations where you can go quad biking and sand boarding on the dunes of the desert. 

Rugby is an important sport in Namibia the national team is called “Welwitschia” named after the country’s national plant. There is plenty of opposition from local schools that would be willing to host a fixture for any ability. Cricket and netball are also very popular and played by local schools.
